up first: tara
she started second grade at st. matthews and pretty excited to be back. she's bad ass in soccer...soon to start basketball and still playing the piano. she's grown up so fast next thing you know she'll be in high school!
next: teren
growing by the minute. loves to eat. has long hair which a lot of people mistaken him for a girl. walking at 9 months old. lots of teeth. can wave hi and bye. spunky. loves his ate tara. time has gone by so fast. next thing you know he'll be starting kindergarten.

for a person not to shower where you can smell BO as they walk by you.
happened to me...someone was walking out of a 1 person bathroom (at work) and i was walking in. i threw up a little in my mouth.
do people like that not know they smell stank. |

i love being a mom but i don't love sleepless nights...
lil' man is teething and i think going through growth spurt which means - staying up all night. despite the sleep deprivation, everything is all good.
teren is:
sitting up by himself
almost crawling - he scoots
eating solids
very healthy
ready for a haircut but i am going to wait till he turns one before cutting it
my pride and joy
tara is:
done with first grade
a basketball player
a soccer player
a pianist
a hip hop dancer
turning 7 on the 26th
my pride and joy
t and a:
8 years married on the 22nd
almost settled in the new house
hope to win the mega millions
in love. i know mushy again.

yesterday. it was hard to leave baby. had moments at work and wished i was at home with baby. very hard. just motivates me to work harder at getting other business started so i can be free of my 9 to 5 (actually it's more like 6-230.)
anyways, baby did good at the daycare except he isn't taking the bottle. at least he is on cereal and solids so he is eating good. will try sippy cup today.
leaving here in 10 minutes. don't want to but i have to.

| almost a month... |

later and it is time to head home.
3.5 weeks with the family is fun. if this is how not working feels like...too bad i like buying things otherwise i wouldn't need a job :)
lolo was on a driving rampage today. baby was crying like he was just born, lolo didn't make a complete stop at the stop sign and got pulled over. looks like the police was hanging out pulling people over for what lolo just did. i think there were 2-3 others that got pulled over. he doesn't like to see his apo cry.
going to miss my family terribly. especially my sisters. one is preggers and due at the end of june...our future trip back home for a week or so. tara will spend the summer here and fly back with mariane in august.
being here for as long as i have been makes me want to move back, i just need to figure out the 5 lucky numbers plus the 1 mega ball combo. then we will move back :)
going back to work on tuesday, april fools, sad to be away from baby. i try not to think about it much, but it will be tough to leave him and not be with him during the day.
good-bye sun, good-bye friends, good-bye carne asada chips, good-bye outdoor mall, good-bye mom's bbq and cooking, good-bye to my loving family and hello seattle, hello snow, and hello new home.

good to have the complete fam here. tara seems so much older and bigger since i last saw her on the 6th. when i saw them at the airport i almost cried because i was so happy to see t&t.
good times. good memories will be made over the next week. back to business on the 29th. taking vacations are fun and i want to do them often. often enough over the the 20 months since baby flies free :)

ice-cream man down the street. memories of my childhood. running out of the house shouting STOP! and loading up on $.25 big sticks and mexican candy. good ol' san diego.

san diego is good. weather is warm and sunny. missing the rest of my family - terence and tara. teren is about 17 pounds and has started eating cereal. he is an eater and growing to be very healthy. love the chubs.

i'm at 36 weeks.
pretty anxious and ready to meet the little guy.
the name we (more me) picked: teren alexander.
terence really wanted a junior but i didn't. so i came up with teren minus the "ce." almost a junior but not really :)
been uncomfortable the last few weeks but it's all worth it. dr. said i'm about 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced...so i'm right on track. due date is still november 17 but doc says it could be sooner. at this point i'll be happy if he comes today.
everyday that passes i get super excited to meet him and can't wait to have a baby around again. tara looks forward to being a big sister and i know she will be good at it. |

baby is due nov 17. looking forward to it.
being pregnant is different this time around. terence says that i'm older and not 25. suppose there is a lot of truth in that. baby moves constantly throughout the day. it is comforting to know he's active but it sure is uncomfortable. i look forward to meeting him. i often wonder who he will take after. will he have a lot of hair? will he be a big baby? i guess in the end it doesn't matter as long as he is healthy.
tara is excited to be the big sister. i anticipate her being protective of her baby brother. she comes home today. she spent the week with grandma in b-town. i miss her. she spent a good portion of her summer away. she starts 1st grade this year. she's growing up to be one special girl! her baby teeth are finally falling out. missing 3 so far with 1 more on the way.
can't wait to start my maternity leave. perfect timing...in time for the holidays. thanksgiving - christmas - new years.
work is going well. catering business going good. in the process of getting real estate license. i like staying busy.
life is good! especially when it's friday! |

25 weeks...
about 3.5 months to go...
started moving furniture around and preparing for the addition. guess it's called nesting. shopping for a crib, stoller/car seat, and glider.
tara is in san diego with lolo and lola. i miss her terribly! i leave next tuesday to pick her up. 4 days in sd will help lessen the feeling of being homesick.

tara turns 6 tomorrow! she will be starring in her very own movie on saturday at kidpalooza for her birthday.
t and i had our 7 yr anniversary yesterday.
future baby has past her halfway mark at 5 months!
mariane arrives tomorrow with empanadas and goodies from mom :)
summer is officially here, now i'm just waiting for the sun and 70 degree weather...but 80 would be nicer!

pretty excited about our future addition. looking forward to july 2 since that is the day we find out what we are having.
so far the second trimester has been good. no morning sickness! weight gain has been steady and not overwhelming. learned my lesson with the first one.
tara will be a good big sister. she is hoping for a little brother. terence suggested this name for a boy : Optimus Prime. i think he was joking. i like the name Ten Addison. i like Ava Taryn for a girl.
tara is turning 6 in a couple weeks. she definitely growing up! starting 1st grade this fall. st. matthew is a great school and we are happy with her progress over the past year.
mariane will be spending a few weeks with us this summer. i can't wait to have her here. i've been getting homesick and missing my family.
overall, life has been good.

we are pretty excited about the future addition.
baby's due date is november 17.
tara is hoping for a little brother, i'm hoping for another girl but i'm happy as long as the baby is healthy.
everythings going good with the family. my sister mariane is coming up in june so that will be cool since i was getting a little homesick. she's pretty excited to be one of the ninangs.
tara is pretty busy with school, soccer, hip-hop and swim class. she wants to take drum lessons but we'll have to wait till summer since i don't want to burn her out. tara is doing great in school. she loves math (my future engineer, haha) she is reading and writing now, she is definitely growing up!

life is good. tara is getting a hang of the school thing. actually she loves it. leaving for san diego in t minus 13 days. so happy to be spending the holidays with my family but sad that terence has to stay behind.
lolo and lola looks forward to seeing their tara! so do my sisters. there isn't anything more important than family and i'm glad we're close. aint that how it's suppose to be :)
halfway done with the christmas shopping.
work is work. the catering business is going well. i can forsee big things happening for 2007. been really busy this year anticipating next year to be even more busy.

at st. matthew! she's attending their summer camp this week and hopefully next week.
terence said she did well and was a bit shy but was okay when he left.
other news...i have my orthodontist appointment today...i'm hoping he says we can take the metal off this month.
